"The Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) is pleased to announce their 2010 international symposium on Network Neutrality and Open Access. The aim of this 2nd symposium is to provide a platform for scientists and practitioners (from both the telecom industry and regulatory offices) to discuss current challenges for the regulatory environment in order to foster innovation and investment and to boost competition. The symposium centers around an international and interdisciplinary approach: It particularly seeks to compare regulatory developments in Europe and the US under simultaneous consideration of economic, legal and technological aspects."
